seaber kain architects

Seaber Kain Architects was founded in 2017 following several years of collaborative projects.

Bill Kain and Matthew Seaber have over 35 years of combined experience on a wide variety of project types and construction sectors. We work on a range of scales and relish the challenge of new jobs on unfamiliar territory.

We prioritise client relationships, and our primary goal is to develop a clear dialogue with our clients to allow us to help them in the process of realisin g their needs on the path to producing high quality, flexible buildings that can respond to the clients needs over time.

We believe the success of a project is dependant on the full understanding of our clients’ needs and ambition. The proper investment of time in the early stages of a project is essential.

We strive to design buildings that are sustainable through design and not gimmick; that can change over their life and give joy to the inhabitants and those that pass through them.

We believe in buildings that are based within their context; that relate to, and enhance, their surroundings. We approach each project with fresh eyes
